Vinuci Alcohol Free Beverage Speziato is a spicy flavored non-alcoholic drink. A flavoured spicy Winterdrink, for intense Christmas feelings. Served Vinuci Alcohol Free Beverage Speziato ambient or cold for an intense experience (6 to 8 C). Vinuci obtains non-alcoholic drinks by completing the process of fermentation of wines. The process reduce the alcohol level to zero through de-alcoholisation. This unique technology allows to evaporate alcohol from wine. The original flavour remains unaltered. This process happens under vacuum at a maximum temperature of approx. 21 C for approximately 48 hours. The result is a non-alcoholic beverage with an organoleptic composition similar to that of alcoholic wine.
