Vinuci beverages are made by obtaining non-alcoholic drinks from wines that undergo fermentation and de-alcoholization, resulting in a zero alcohol content. This unique technology allows to evaporate alcohol from wine while keeping unaltered its original flavour bouquet. This process happens under vacuum at a maximum temperature of approx. 21 C for approximately 48 hours. A non-alcoholic beverage with an organoleptic composition close to that of alcoholic wine remains.
