Vinuci produces non-alcoholic drinks by de-alcoholizing wines that have completed the fermentation process, reducing their alcohol level to zero. This unique technology allows to evaporate alcohol from wine while keeping unaltered its original flavour bouquet. This process happens under vacuum at a maximum temperature of approx. 21 C for approximately 48 hours. What is left is a non-alcoholic beverage with an organoleptic composition close to the one of alcoholic wine.
