Vinuci produces non-alcoholic drinks by obtaining wines that have completed their fermentation process and undergoing de-alcoholization to reduce their alcohol level to zero. This unique technology allows to evaporate alcohol from wine while keeping unaltered its original flavour bouquet. This process happens under vacuum at a maximum temperature of approx. 21 C for approximately 48 hours. What is left is a non-alcoholic beverage with an organoleptic composition close to the one of alcoholic wine.
