Our PGI certified vinegar is made in Modena, Italy by skillfully blending grape must and wine vinegar, then maturing it in wooden barrels. We don’t add sulphites, caramel colorings, thickeners or sweeteners. Our balsamic vinegar is: Fat Free Without Sugars Salt-Free Organic Protected Geographical Indication (PGI) Packaged in glass bottles with an aluminum cap.
