Fontana FORMIELLO White Wine Vinegar: Organic white wine vinegar with a mild and fruity flavour. Ideal for use in marinades, sauces and vinaigrettes as well as great for pickling. We make Fontana Formiello white wine vinegar in Naples, in the south of Italy, through the fermentation and ageing of selected organic Italian grapes. This vinegar is unpasteurised, unfiltered, with no added sulfites, and is rich in live enzymes making up the nutritious “mother”. Packed in glass bottles with aluminium cap. Good to know: In Italy, wine vinegar has a very old history. People have prized it since Roman times for its therapeutic properties and culinary uses.
