Old John Marsala Riserva, of intense amber colour, on the nose pleasant aromas of apricot and carob with delicate notes of thyme and black pepper. On the palate it is full and warm, with notes of apricot and candied fruit. Wonderful paired with pastries with ricotta and cream pastries. Excellent with blue cheese.
